Our Specialties & Travel Management Fees
What is a Travel Management Fee?
Did you know that independent travel advisories don't receive a salary? We work on a commission only basis, so if our guests cancel their trips, we receive nothing for the time and resources we use to curate, design and book your trip.
Our Travel Management Fee compensates us for time spent researching, communicating and collaborating with suppliers, through the booking process and management of your trip when you are in destination.
Service Inclusions:

Research includes but is not limited to destinations, tour suppliers, cruise companies, resorts, excursion, curated experiences, entry/exit requirements

2-4 proposals with changes before departure (depending on type of trip)

Itinerary management with Travefy software

Booking of all approved travel components including but not limited to flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, cruises, excursions etc.

In-destination recommendations (restaurants, excursions, events etc) to enhance your trip

Organization of E-Documents/Paper Documents

Organization of any special requests/arrangements for special events

Travel Insurance consulting

Handling of all client and/or supplier booking cancellations, changes, re-booking

Passport/Visa consulting (where applicable)
